You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes related to legitimate business due diligence and compliance activities.
To use Scrutivo you must subscribe through Microsoft Marketplace and complete the activation process. During activation you will be asked to provide accurate information about yourself and your organisation.
You agree not to:
Scrutivo provides access to business data sourced from third-party commercial data providers. This data is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
The information available through Scrutivo does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on data obtained through the platform.
Access to Scrutivo is provided under a subscription model. Pricing and billing details are communicated during the activation process. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Scrutivo reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
Either party may terminate access to the service with written notice. Scrutivo may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases and any outstanding fees become due.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrutivo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
