After subscribing on Microsoft Marketplace, click "Configure SaaS account" on your order confirmation. You will automatically receive an activation email from Scrutivo — click the link, set up your organisation at activation.scrutivo.com, and log in at app.scrutivo.com. Your account is ready within 1 business day.
Please check your spam folder first. If it's been more than 24 hours after completing your Marketplace subscription, contact our support team at support@scrutivo.com and we'll resolve it promptly.
Yes. Depending on your plan, you can add multiple user seats. Go to Account Settings in your dashboard, or contact your Scrutivo account manager for assistance.
