Getting Started

How do I activate my account?

After subscribing on Microsoft Marketplace, click "Configure SaaS account" on your order confirmation. You will automatically receive an activation email from Scrutivo — click the link, set up your organisation at activation.scrutivo.com, and log in at app.scrutivo.com. Your account is ready within 1 business day.

I haven't received my activation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder first. If it's been more than 24 hours after completing your Marketplace subscription, contact our support team at support@scrutivo.com and we'll resolve it promptly.

Can I add team members to my account?

Yes. Depending on your plan, you can add multiple user seats. Go to Account Settings in your dashboard, or contact your Scrutivo account manager for assistance.

What browsers are supported?

Scrutivo works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience.

How do I add clients and contacts?

In your dashboard, go to Clients and click Add New. Fill in the client details — name, contact information, and any relevant notes. All information is immediately available to your entire team in real time.

Can I automate reminders and follow-ups?

Yes. Scrutivo lets you set up automated reminders, follow-up emails, and task notifications based on client activity or time triggers. Once configured, these run automatically — no manual effort needed.

How does the sales pipeline work?

The pipeline gives you a clear visual overview of all leads and deals, organized by stage. You can move clients between stages, assign team members, set probabilities, and track progress — all from one view.

Can I export reports?

Yes. Performance reports, client lists, and activity logs can be exported as PDF or CSV directly from your dashboard. Higher-tier plans also support scheduled automated reports.
